At Ergo Desktop, we offer free ground shipping on all of our Ergo Desktops via FedEx ground shipping to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States for our adjustable height desk. 

For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, FPO & APO shipping rates are shown in the shopping cart and units are shipped with minimal assembly required to reduce the overall shipping cost.
